Counseling and
Psychotherapy can be usefull to everyone.
During the
therapeutic process you can find how you functioning and
what are the goals of your behavior. And this because man is
using emotions, thoughts, mind and body for the goals that
he created for himself without being conscious about. And
usualy he get exactly what he want but he doesn’t know what
he want.
Another important goal of the therapy is to
discover and empower client’s resources, because you can’t
use your resources if you are sure that you don’t have it.
We learn to have courage of being imperfect.
Individual
Psychology doesn’t mean use of a number of techniques in the
client benefit. We consider that every client is unique, and
what we say and what we do is adapted to the client’s needs.
The way in which the client’s behave, find’s solutions,
functioning in life tasks represents his unique and
subjective creation.
